Children

Out of respect for your child’s safety and quiet relaxation for you and other guests, we ask that no children be in the salon or spa at any time.

Reservations

Zen takes great pride in reserving individual time for you. Advanced scheduling is necessary. To ensure you have an appointment time that you desire, we highly recommend that you reserve your next visit prior to leaving.

Cancellations

We understand that your life is hectic. However, if you must cancel your reserved appointment, we appreciate a 24-hour notification. Missing or late canceling appointments will result in a charge equal to the full value of the missed appointments.

Deposit

When scheduling reservations, a credit card number will be required. A charge would only be applied for the full value of the reservation if appointments are missed or not cancelled 24 hours in advance.

Punctuality

We understand that circumstances may arise that impact your arrival and we will do everything possible to accommodate your service. However, it may be necessary to alter or reschedule your service as a courtesy to the next guest.

Gratuities

Optional gratuities are at the guest’s discretion and are truly appreciated by the staff for outstanding service. If inclined, a 15-20% gratuity is common.
